Return & Refund Policy for Tweak'd Store

At Tweak'd Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-customized item, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Non-Personalized Items:

    • Non-personalized items must be returned in their original packaging within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
    • The item must be returned in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
    • Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Damaged Personalized Items:

        • We take great care in packaging and shipping our personalized items, but if your customized or personalized item arrives damaged in transit, we will offer a refund or replacement.
        • To process a refund for a damaged personalized item, we require a photo of the broken item, a video of unboxing the personalized product upon receipt, and photos of the packaging.
        • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged personalized item to initiate the refund process.

        Customized or Personalized Items:

          • We do not offer returns or refunds on customized or personalized items unless they have arrived damaged in transit. Due to the nature of these items, all sales are final.
          • If a personalized item has arrived damaged, please follow the procedure outlined above for damaged personalized items.

          Refund Process:

            • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
            • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
