    • Customized orders, including personalized acrylic stirrers, coasters, and other customized products, may require additional processing time. The production and customization process for these items may extend the shipping timeframe.
    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking and shipping information.
  • Shipping Methods and Approximate Delivery Times:

    • The approximate shipping times for standard delivery range from 5 to 7+ business days, depending on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially for remote locations.
    • We ship orders only on business days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Remote Locations and Additional Delivery Time:

    • For remote locations, please allow an additional 3 - 5 business days for delivery beyond the standard shipping time frame.
    • Please be aware that delivery times may be longer for remote areas or locations with limited accessibility.
  • Delivery Charges:

    • We offer free delivery for orders up to Rs. 1000. Orders exceeding Rs. 1000 will be subject to a delivery charge based on the customer's location. The delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Responsibility and Disclaimers:

    • Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, Tweak'd Store relinquishes responsibility for the delivery process. We recommend contacting your chosen shipping provider directly if you have concerns about your delivery service.
    • During periods of high order volume, such as holidays or sales events, your order may experience delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We will endeavor to notify you of any anticipated delays via store announcements.
  • Liability for Delayed Delivery:

    • While we strive to meet our estimated delivery dates, Tweak'd Store will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses resulting from late or delayed delivery, to the extent permitted by law.
